Profile review
We may review profile information and photos using automated and manual safeguards before or after a profile becomes visible. Review helps us improve quality and safety, but it is not a guarantee of another member's identity, conduct, or compatibility.
Please use your real information, keep your profile current, and report anything that looks misleading or unsafe.

What is Easy Matrimonials?
It is a self-service matrimony service for people in India who are looking for marriage. You can create a profile, set preferences, explore profiles, and decide when you want to make direct contact.
Will I get sales calls?
No. We do not have a sales team and do not make calls to sell plans or upgrades. We may send service, security, account, or support messages when needed.
How is my phone number used?
We use it to verify and secure your account, support the service, and enable direct contact. It is not displayed publicly; see Privacy Policy for when it may be shared with an interested member.
What does it cost?
Creating a profile and exploring the service are free. The paid digital good sold in the Easy Matrimonial Android app is a one-time Google Play in-app purchase of ₹100 that permanently unlocks one selected profile's contact details for your account. There is no subscription and no recurring membership fee.
How do I delete my details?

What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, city, gender, profile-for context, and consent records.
- Profile details you choose to provide, such as age, height, language, education, work, salary range, religion, caste, preferences, and profile photos.
- Service activity needed to operate features, prevent abuse, handle payments or contact access, and provide support.
- Technical and analytics information, such as device/browser details, service logs, campaign parameters, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the raw IP address for this purpose.
Why we collect it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide profile discovery and contact features, maintain trust and safety, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the service in aggregate.
How mobile numbers are shared
We do not display mobile numbers publicly. When a user is interested in contacting you and chooses to use the contact-access feature, we may share your mobile number with that user so they can contact you directly. This is a core service feature. Do not create a profile or use the service if you do not want your mobile number to be shared in this way.
Who processes it
- Hosting and serverless functions: Vercel.
- Database: Turso (libSQL).
- Private photo storage for profile photos.
- Operator and support: Srinath Duggirala, trading as Bloomo AI.
- Android in-app payments: Google Play Billing (India merchant verification/payouts via BillDesk where applicable).
- Analytics providers listed in the page source when enabled. We do not send your name, phone number, caste, or photo links to analytics tools.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and profile information for up to 3 years from collection unless you ask us to delete it sooner, a longer period is required for safety or legal compliance, or you remain an active member. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by writing to sri.duggi@gmail.com from, or quoting, the mobile number associated with your account.
We do not sell your personal information. This notice follows the principles of clear notice, specific purpose, affirmative consent, and the ability to withdraw consent.
Terms of Use
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or older. Registration is for people seeking marriage, or for family members creating a profile with that person's consent.
- Service access. Access to profiles, contact features, and any paid options is subject to the current service rules. We do not guarantee matches, responses, compatibility, or uninterrupted availability.
- Contact sharing. As described in the Privacy Policy, your mobile number may be shared with a user who is interested in contacting you and uses the contact-access feature.
- No sales calls. We do not make sales calls or use relationship-manager sales pressure.
- Payments. The Android app sells a one-time Google Play in-app contact unlock (currently ₹100 per unique profile). See Refund & Cancellation for pricing, delivery, and refund rules. There is no subscription plan.
- Honest and respectful use. Do not impersonate anyone, submit false information, harass others, or misuse another person's private information.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers paid digital goods sold through the Easy Matrimonial Android app on Google Play.
- What you buy. A one-time Google Play in-app purchase that permanently unlocks one selected profile's phone/contact details for your Easy Matrimonials account. Creating a profile and browsing remain free. There is no monthly subscription.
- Price. The current catalogue price is ₹100 INR per unique contact unlock, shown in Google Play before you confirm payment. Google Play's displayed price is authoritative at checkout.
- Delivery. After Google Play confirms a successful purchase and our systems verify it, the selected contact is unlocked digitally in the app. Reopening the same unlocked contact later does not require a second purchase.
- Cancellation before payment. You can cancel the Google Play purchase sheet before payment completes. No charge is made if you cancel before a successful purchase.
- Refunds after unlock. Because the purchased digital good discloses another member's contact details, we do not offer a discretionary refund after the phone number has already been revealed to your account.
- Google Play, bank, or legal processes. This policy does not override refund, chargeback, or consumer-protection processes that Google Play, your bank, or applicable law require. Mandatory or externally initiated outcomes are handled through Play/support channels.
- Payment help. For a failed charge, pending purchase, or unlock that did not appear after a successful Play payment, email sri.duggi@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID if available. We aim to provide a final resolution or documented next action within five calendar days.
Community Rules & Child Safety Standards
These standards apply to Easy Matrimonial: Low Cost App, the Easy Matrimonials app, and its operator, Srinath Duggirala (trading as Bloomo AI). Easy Matrimonials is an adults-only matrimony service: people under 18 may not register, create a profile, or use the service.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking for sexual purposes, or any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. We also prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
- No harassment, hate, sexual content, coercion, stalking, impersonation, scams, CSAM, or CSAE.
- Do not share another person's private information outside the contact feature or without their permission.
- Provide truthful information about yourself and your profile.
- We may remove abusive content or accounts and preserve records needed for safety or legal compliance.
Reports, action and legal compliance
You can report a safety concern in the app through Profile options → Report profile, or email sri.duggi@gmail.com. Please include your contact details, the relevant profile or phone number if known, and a short description. Do not upload, attach, or send CSAM or other illegal images. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority.
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE, we act under these standards and applicable law. This can include reviewing the report, removing unlawful material, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving necessary records, and making reports to relevant regional or national authorities and other entities when required by law.

To report impersonation, harassment, a privacy issue, unwanted contact, or a child-safety concern, write to sri.duggi@gmail.com. You can also use Community Rules & Child Safety Standards for the in-app reporting path.
Please include your contact details, the person or number you are reporting if known, the type of issue, and a short description. We review every report.
